July 4th

Ah, July 4th!  My favorite day of the summer.  It is pure summer fun.... going to the Evergreen parade.... having hundreds of pieces of candy thrown at us.... hanging out with Grandpa Morrison.... snacking on freshly picked peas from his garden, swimming at my in-laws..... BBQing.... lighting sparklers.....  going to the golf course to watch fireworks.... and watching my children take in all of the magic of the holiday = pure heaven for Dani.

An attempt at a family picture, Rob was camping the night before and came straight from the campground.  The boys had stains on their shirts and dirt in their nails - boys will be boys.

Rick joined us for sparklers and fireworks.  When Liam and Lance see uncle Rick they instantly start attacking him and wrestling with him - poor guy.
